The service
Built In Ireland provides moderated listings, revision records, structured peer reviews, maker responses, reports, and appeals. Publication is discretionary and may be delayed, changed, rejected, restricted, or removed under these terms and the community rules.

Your responsibilities
You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, keep magic links private, have authority to submit a project, respect third-party rights, disclose conflicts, and avoid misleading, unlawful, harmful, exploitative, or privacy-invasive content.

Content licence
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Built In Ireland a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, moderate, and display it for operating, preserving, and promoting the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights.

Reviews and status
Reviews are limited observations tied to the revision tested. “Listed” and “Reviewed by peers” describe the platform record only. They do not mean verified, approved, certified, secure, safe, suitable, lawful, or commercially endorsed.

Credits and Launch Review
Review credits have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, or transferred. Launch Review is an expression-of-interest test only. Submitting interest does not create a purchase, price, delivery commitment, invoice, or entitlement.

Correction, withdrawal, and termination
You may request corrections and withdraw or archive a managed project. Account deletion uses a 30-day cooling period and requires sole-managed projects to be transferred or archived. Public reviewer identity may be anonymised after a valid deletion request while necessary review and moderation records remain.

Contact and legal review gate
The service is identified publicly as Built In Ireland and may be contacted at info@builtinireland.ie. Registration will not open until legal review confirms compliant data-controller identification. This page does not invent an operator identity.
