Try two products. Get two sets of notes.
Join our first small feedback round. Try two other makers’ products for about ten minutes each, then leave a short, structured note on each. The aim is for every participant to receive two useful sets of notes in return.
The interest date (5 Oct 2026) has passed; late interest may still be considered. Testing is planned for 6 Oct 2026 – 17 Oct 2026. Notes are due 17 Oct 2026, 18:00 Ireland time.
Dates stay provisional until enough suitable matches are confirmed. If the round can’t go ahead as planned, everyone who expressed interest will be told.
How one round works

Pick something a suitable first-time user can attempt safely in about ten minutes. Agree the device and any setup in advance.

Try two products
Follow the agreed tasks and record what you tried, what worked, what got in the way and the change you would make first.

Use the notes
Receive the checked notes on your own task. Decide what to change; publishing an update is optional.

Who is this for?
Makers aged 18 or over with a product connected to the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland (a maker or operating business based there, whatever your nationality), and a task the available reviewers can actually try.
What will I give?
Two honest attempts, roughly ten minutes each, plus two short notes. Any installation or account setup is agreed beforehand. You won’t be asked to buy anything, book a sales call or use real customer data.
What will I receive?
The round is organised around two different reviewers for each project. That’s confirmed only once suitable assignments are available. If someone withdraws or access fails, the organiser will explain what that means for you and agree a replacement or an honest shortfall.
Do I have to be listed already?
No. Send your product’s web address and we can prepare its record while agreeing your task. Nothing is published as owner-confirmed just because you expressed interest.
Are these my target customers?
Not necessarily. This is peer feedback on one defined task. Specialist products are included only when suitable reviewers and safe access are available.
Who sees my feedback?
Round notes are private to the person who wrote them, the maker receiving them and the organiser. They are not added to your public listing automatically. Any public excerpt or update is a separate choice.
What if I can’t finish?
Tell the organiser as soon as possible. We won’t invent a test or mark an unfinished exchange as complete.
Is a positive review expected?
No. A useful note describes a genuine attempt. Criticism is welcome, and you don’t have to invent a problem if you didn’t find one.
